My tour planning services are free of charge as I’ll connect you to one of my local partners who will take care of your itinerary, logistics and wishes. They will send you a quote for the tour after the first consultation. I only charge a fee for additional services, such as travel consultancy or itinerary planning (see above) if applicable.

How the Process Works

- Please contact me at least 8 weeks before your intended travel date to ensure there is enough time for planning, bookings, and arrangements.
- Travel consultations: once we’ve agreed on a date and time, I’ll send you an invoice. Full payment is required in advance of the consultation.
- Itinerary planning: after our initial conversation, I’ll send you an invoice. Full payment is required in advance to receive your detailed, day‑by‑day itinerary.
- Payments can be made by direct bank transfer (EU, EUR) or via Wise (outside the EU, EUR or USD). Any bank or transfer fees are the client’s responsibility.
- All payments are non‑refundable.
